Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. General Policy & Purchase Terms
All fees and charges are payable at the time of purchase. We use a third-party service provider to process payments. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. All fees for our service are generally non-refundable. Your obligation to pay fees will survive any suspension or termination of your account.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under specific conditions:
- Initial Purchase Only: Refunds apply only to your initial purchase, not to any renewals.
- Time Limit: You must request a refund within seven (7) days of your initial purchase.
- No Credits Used: You are not eligible for a refund if you have used any Credits (as defined below) that were part of the initial purchase.
All refunds are subject to a service fee not exceeding six percent (6%) of the initial fee, where permitted by law.
3. Credits
Credits and Promotional Credits are pre-paid amounts that can be used to access specific features of our services. Please note the following:
- No Cash Value: Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
- Non-transferable: You cannot transfer credits to another account.
- Expiration: Unused credits may expire if not used within a specified timeframe, or they will be forfeited upon account cancellation or termination of services.
4. Taxes
All fees are exclusive of any sales tax. If we are legally required to collect Sales Tax, it will be added to your payment. You are responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes.
